AI Assistant
The AI Assistant answers your questions about using the admin, from these help pages, and lets you send a request to support. Every member of staff can use it; no role is needed.
Opening the assistant
Press AI Assistant at the top of any page of the admin. The panel opens at the side of the page and stays open while you move from page to page, with your conversation kept. On a phone it fills the screen.
At the top of the panel are two tabs:
- Chat: ask how to do something.
- Support: send a request to support and read the replies.
Close hides the panel.
Asking a question
How answers look
Type your question in Chat, the way you would ask a colleague: “How do I invite an owner to the owner space?” or “Where do I set the deposit for furnished homes?”. The answer comes as numbered steps, each with the screen to open, followed by the help pages it comes from. Open a source to read the whole page.
The assistant answers in your admin’s language, English or Arabic, the one you chose for your account (see Your workspace).
New chat clears the conversation and starts over.
What it answers from
The assistant answers only from these help pages. When they do not cover your question, or the question is not about the admin, it says so and points you to the closest pages.
It never sees your company’s records: no owner, lease, lead or any other record reaches it, and it never sends them anywhere. Ask how to do something rather than about a particular record: how to record a bounced cheque, not which cheques bounced this month.
Helpful or not helpful
Mark each answer Helpful or Not helpful. When an answer is not helpful, you can ask support from there.
Limits
Many questions in a short time
If you ask a lot of questions in a short time, the assistant asks you to wait a few minutes before the next one and shows how long. If it keeps happening, the wait grows each time.
Your company’s monthly allowance
Your company has a monthly allowance for the assistant, shared by everyone. When it is used up, the assistant says so, and it comes back on the first of the next month.
Support
Sending a request
- Open the Support tab and press New request.
- Choose a topic, then write a subject and your message.
- The page you are on is attached, so support sees where you were. Remove it if it does not help.
- Add a screenshot if it shows the problem better than words.
- Send the request.
Your requests
Your requests lists the requests you sent, newest first, each with its date and status:
| Status | What it means |
|---|---|
| Open | Sent and waiting for support. |
| In progress | Support is working on it. |
| Resolved | Support has answered it. You can still reply. |
| Closed | Finished. It takes no new replies. |
Open a request to read the replies and answer them. A closed request cannot get new replies: send a new request instead. Your requests are yours alone; nobody else in your company sees them.
